25 years of professional experience in consulting and training of companies and public and social institutions, mainly for managers and teams in institutional positions as well as independently. Institutional positions as unit manager training for a training and counselling institute and case manager and teamleader for an EAP-(employee assistance program) provider. She has lived and worked in Germany, Great Britain and Switzerland.
